The Quote Process
If you’re watching this video, it means you probably have a masonry problem, and you’ve scheduled an appointment with us to take a look and provide a quote to fix it.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
1. Quick Questionnaire
When we arrive at your home, we’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire. It’s very simple—just a few questions with “Yes” or “No” checkboxes.
2. Problem Area Inspection
We’ll inspect the problem area on your home and may take pictures for you.
For example, if you’re having issues with your chimney, and all you see are pieces of brick or mortar on the ground, we’ll take photos so you can see exactly what’s happening up there.
3. Explanation and Credentials
After the inspection, we’ll sit down with you to explain how we’re going to fix your masonry problem.
We’ll also provide:
- Our license
- Our insurance
- Any other credentials you may need to feel confident about hiring us.
Why You Should Vet Us First
We strongly encourage you to Google “Easy Home Improvement masonry reviews” before your appointment. It’s important to vet any company you consider hiring, and we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built in the industry.
Do You Trust Us to Solve the Problem?
Before discussing costs, we’ll ask you a simple gut-check question:
Do you feel we’re qualified to correct your masonry problem?
- If no, we’ll leave—no questions asked.
- If yes, we’ll move on to pricing and see if the solution fits your budget.
We believe trust is everything. If we haven’t earned it by this point, we understand there’s no reason to continue.
What We Won’t Do
- No Overstaying: We won’t sit in your house for hours trying to wear you down.
- No Gimmicky Sales Tactics:
- No fake phone calls to “managers” for pretend discounts.
- No high-pressure sales tricks.
We believe these tactics are insulting, and you deserve better.
The Quote Process
- Time: It takes about 20–30 minutes, depending on your questions.
- Your Decision: Once we provide the quote, you can simply say:
- Yes—let’s do it.
- No—not right now.
Either way, we’ll both know where we stand when we leave your home.
See You Soon!
We look forward to meeting you and helping you take care of your masonry problem.
It’s as simple as that!
