Ken and his team were so quick to call, diagnose our problem and get the work done! We had previously replaced the roof and windows on our building and were experiencing waterfalls into our offices when it rained. Ken knew exactly what was happening and how to remedy it. We were told 3-4 weeks until they could get back to work on it, but after a week and a half he called and said they would be out in a few days. I had the team come out to do the sides of my porch and fix my chimney and help to prevent rain coming in my basement by the bricks. They did a fantastic job. Sam was very helpful, explained things to me which helped me understand things. Ken came out to look at things and gave me an estimate which I took. This has been one of the better experiences I’ve had with companies that do what they said they were going to, show up on time and results were fantastic.

Easy Home Improvement just finished repairing my chimney, tuck pointing and building new stairs & risers. I am very happy with their work. These guys did a really great job for us. We had crumbling brick and limestone planters in front of our house and they quickly rebuilt them to look original within 2 days. Very fast, cleaned up area, reasonable price and good quality work. Highly recommend.

Easy Home Improvement was easy to work with. Kenny came out & took a look at my chimney. He explained what needed to be done in detail & why it should be done the way he explained. I appreciated the educational information. Kenny was very informative. Their crew came out & and worked very efficiently on my chimney repair. Gasper and the crew that came to do the job were extremely professional. There was 4 guys that took roughly 8 hours to complete the entire job. All in which were very experienced in what they did. I'm very pleased with the finished work. They rebuilt that retaining wall in the picture and added a limestone cap. As well as recess an outlet and remove and piece in a milkshoot and vent. Also Gasper was THE only contractor out of the 5 local brick repair contractors who was extremely prompt and responsive. Highly recommended.

My chimney crown was deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I called a few companies and either they had high minimums or could not give an estimate for 4 weeks. I contacted Easy Home Improvement and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to up sell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends.

I hired Gasper to repair my chimney in Troy, MI. Gasper was extremely professional. The crew cleaned up very well after themselves. Gasper even squeezed me in, because I was up against a deadline to list the property for sale. I highly recommend him and his crew. Fantastic job replacing 4 basement window lintels and tuckpointing the crack between them.The guys were great and even chatted with me when I went out to see how things were going.If it wasn't for the jackhammer removing the old bricks, I wouldn't have known they were out there.

Noah came out the same day and privided a very reasonable estimate. Work entailed filling in a glass block window and repairs on the corner of house. Noah and his team arrived on a Sunday, completed the job in a couple hours and even cleaned up in the basement. I would recommend Easy Home Improvement to anyone. Highly recommend them! Great communication from start to finish, Noah came out for an estimate right away! He gave us expert advice, an honest assessment of the time frame they'd be able to begin work in and thoroughly described the exact work that would need to be done. Noah is really great at keeping the lines of communication open, he double-checked with us the day before to make sure the day/time would work for us. His crew showed up exactly when they said they would, they were all kind, courteous and diligent in their work - they carried out the tuckpointing/brick replacement perfectly! The brick looks better than I even imagined possible on this old house. We had to leave before they were done to run some errands, but they still cleaned up after themselves and left the work-site pristine. Noah followed up with us right after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied and I have to say, this company is AMAZING. We definitely recommend them if you have tuckpointing/brick repair needed as the whole team is A+ EXCELLENT!

Noah and his team did an excellent job on repairing my home's chimney. They were extremely professional and helpful from the first estimate to the day they came out to do the repairs. About 8 rows of bricks had to be replaced and they did a great job of matching the old 1949 brick. One of the workers even went above and beyond by applying a waterproof sealer to one of our front porch steps which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend them!
