If only a handful of bricks on my porch are cracked, do they all need to be replaced or just the damaged ones?
Answer
Usually just the damaged ones. We try to save as much of the original brick as we reasonably can because there’s no sense replacing good brick if we don’t have to. We’ll remove the bad bricks, install new ones, and make sure everything is solid again. Once it’s repaired, the goal is for it to blend in and keep water from getting deeper into the porch. If we find additional hidden damage after the bricks are removed, we’ll show you exactly what we found before doing any extra work. That way you know what you’re paying for and why it’s needed.
